Terms and conditions
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms and conditions apply to every use of Munitor Compliance, whether you're on the free plan or a paid subscription.
The service
Munitor Compliance helps you record what you've arranged around the Cybersecurity Act, who owns each measure and what evidence backs it up. The service never renders a compliance verdict, never files anything with a supervisor automatically, and AI output is always a draft until a named user approves it.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your login details confidential. Assign roles (administrator, user, visitor) deliberately within your workspace.
Pricing and payment
Current rates are published at /pricing and exclude VAT. Paid subscriptions are invoiced in advance via Stripe; the Keten subscription runs annually, Compliance and Pro can be cancelled monthly. In case of payment arrears we may suspend access to paid features after a reasonable grace period.
Intellectual property
You remain the owner of the data and files you enter. Munitor remains the owner of the software, the control catalogue and the rest of the service's content.
Liability
Munitor Compliance is a tool, not legal advice and not a guarantee that you comply with the law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event causing the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Cancelling and ending the agreement
You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time, effective at the end of the current period. In case of serious misuse of the service we may suspend or terminate an account.
Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; for a material change we inform you in advance. Dutch law applies to these terms; disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
